The civil defense graduation ceremony production, documenting, and event’s management project was one of the most interesting and challenging projects for a unique client.

The Saudi civil defense authority approached Qudurat Media to manage and cover the event, and produce a 5 min video of the civil defense annual graduation ceremony in the presence of the Saudi Minister of Interior.

Within a course of 3 weeks, we deployed 50 employees from Qudurat to execute the project. The mega-event which included live dangerous demonstrations with big vehicles and fire shows was covered by 16 Camera OB Van with a state art technology, including Ariel photography and steady-cams, the event was directed by the well-known Lebanese director Walid Nassef.

The event’s management part of the project was mastered by a well trained and committed team who worked 24/7 to accomplish the mission which was beyond the client’s expectations.

With a graduation ceremony of more than 500 guests including VIP’s invited, Qudurat media managed the event perfectly well from A to Z. From inviting the guests and media, to the designing and preparing souvenirs, badges, leather folders, draft books, etc.

Qudurat prepared the event’s agenda and took care of the setting including furniture, red carpets, and catering. Our event’s team also designed and prepared the event’s stage with all the banners and screens required for the event.
